COMPANY PROFILE

Our   company is in Ierapetra , the most southernmost town in Europe  and also in Makri Gialos ,a charming small village front the Libyan sea. John Metaksakis who is the owner of our company .has been a constructor   with great experience in construction, renovation and reconstruction for 35 continuous years. Our company is comprised from multitudinous and experienced personnel of all specialties which   is dealing with the renovation, reconstruction or construction of a house from the phase of groundwork till the ultimate phase of bailment, and is coordinated by company owner. Our company has already constructed the last 25 years about 80 houses, 3 blocks of houses for tourist business, and it has rebuilt 15 traditional houses and has renovated more than 60. Clients of our company are Greeks and citizens of the European Union mostly from England, Germany , Austria  , France , Italy and Scandinavian countries.

ACTIVATION REGION

METAKSAKIS CONSTUCTION company is activated in South-East Crete and in particular in the new municipality of  Ierapetra and Makri Gialos. The new municipality of Ierapetra and Makri Gialos has about 31.000 inhabitants according the last census of 2011. It is the forth municipality of Crete about the population and it   has 30 villages around of the central City of Ierapetra. The new municipality of Ierapetra and Makri Gialos   overlook south the endless blue of the LIBYAN SEA and North to the nice bay of  Mirabello  to the CRETAN SEA with wonderful beaches, many traditional taverns and shops in all the building-up area along the beach, having also the support of the public authorities which are necessary for the good cooperation between citizens and the Country . The region is close to the great public hospital, Police, Public Authorities and Great Stores for a safe   and convenience of the inhabitants of the region. The nearest big national airport , NIKOS KAZANTZAKIS , is located in the city of  Heraklion 100 km approximately from Ierapetra and 120 from Makri Gialos  and also an other  one  smaller in Sitia  , SITIA AIRPORT 40 km from Makri Gialos and about 60 km from Ierapetra.

HOW OUR COMPANY WORKS

From the moment that one client decides what he wants to construct a main or a cottage   house or a block of houses, to renovate or to rebuilt a house and has already come in contact with us he will be accommodated in Crete and specifically in town of IERAPETRA. After we will guide him to the region of our activities in every place where there are building grounds available for sale or houses   for rebuilding or renovation which we have already found. If we don’t satisfy the client’s expectations we will introduce him to local Real Estate companies in order to find the property he desires .

As the client understands we aren’t a Real Estate company but simply we are helping our clients to find solution to the problem of purchase property, coming in direct contact with the sellers. This has as a result the potential client, to decide and to negotiate with the sellers the property that he wants to buy.

When the clients decides to purchase we will help him to all  procedure required according to the law introducing him lowers , notaries and public authorities  which are involved in all this procedure .In case of renovating or rebuilding this is not necessary.

When the purchase is completed, according to the law we can introduce, civil  engineers or architects   for the schedules .When the schedules  will be ready we can start the construction , renovation or rebuilding client  house according to a specific timetable .If our client stays abroad we can be continuously in contact for amendments , recommendations or ambitions of the client.
